Currently, I am working as a Robotics Software Engineer at Honda Research Institute, Mountain View, US. I received my B.S and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering at Bogazici University, Turkey where I had been affiliated with the Intelligent Systems Laboratory. My research focused mainly on Autonomus Systems and Computer Vision. Previously, I worked in Baykar Aerospace Company, where I was a part of the software team who built the first and most advanced Unmanned Aircraft in Turkey and currently being used by Turkish Armed Forces. I am also the co-founder of the first hackerspace, Base-Istanbul, in Turkey. I have completed my internships in Biorobotics Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University in 2010. and in Takanishi Humanoids Laboratory at Waseda University, Japan in 2011.
